  • Data accuracy, availability, completeness, latency, and correctness depend on third-party providers and their infrastructure.
  • Route playback, live tracking, ETA calculations, trip history, and analytics may contain delays, inaccuracies, missing events, or inconsistencies originating from source providers.

Skyrato acts as a technology aggregation and visualization platform and should not be considered the definitive source of truth for operational, legal, insurance, compliance, or safety-critical decisions.


4. Usage Metrics & Overage Billing

Skyrato may track API consumption, trip requests, tracking events, storage usage, playback requests, and other platform activity for:

  • Subscription enforcement
  • Fair usage policies
  • Overage calculations
  • Billing and invoicing

Usage calculations are generated based on system logs and provider interactions. Minor discrepancies may occur due to delayed provider reporting, retries, synchronization timing, caching, or third-party API inconsistencies.
